about

Over the last 25 years, Sarah has worked between London and New York, refining an approach to colour that feels natural, flattering and easy to live with. She now works from Larry King's Marylebone salon, where clients seek her out for colour that looks considered rather than obvious.
Grey blending sits at the centre of her work. Rather than covering grey completely, Sarah uses carefully placed highlights and lowlights to soften the contrast between grey and natural hair. The result is colour that grows out gracefully, without the hard lines and constant upkeep that often come with traditional colouring.
“Colour that grows out beautifully — and allows people to look like themselves.”
Many of the people who sit in Sarah's chair arrive at a similar point. Tired of six-week appointments. Not ready to stop colouring their hair entirely. Looking for something that feels more like themselves. Her job is to find the middle ground.
What separates Sarah from many colourists is not just technique, but judgement. She listens before making recommendations and is known for talking clients out of colours that won't suit them just as readily as suggesting those that will. Appointments feel considered rather than rushed, and every colour plan is built around the individual rather than the trend.
The goal is never transformation for its own sake. It's colour that feels natural, grows out beautifully and allows people to look like themselves. Only a little more polished.
